We work with our clients to create best practice in bars to ensure that a consistently high operational standard is always achieved. Since the bar is the pivotal point delivering the f&b vision, we work with the operational and architectural teams to prioritise and interpret their many requirements into a cohesive operational plan.

When designing the bar we produce detailed drawings with 3d images showing what's being proposed at any stage of the development process. This CAD model is used throughout the project to anticipate issues and resolve implications in a managed and structured way.
