Hotel bars can be the most challenging operationally; often open long hours the bar needs to develop seamlessly from breakfast through to the last night cap. Hotels can have a number of bars with completely different functions for the Spa and Leisure facilities, the Cocktail lounge or the Conference Room Bar, which can be serving coffee & pastries to a meeting room or serving drinks to 300 people in the ball room.
